Big data era,people demand for high bandwidth increasing,PLC(Planar Lightwave Circuit)as core optical device with stable performance,low cost,suitable for large channel,large-scale production and other significant advantages,become the passive components manufacturers mainly adopts the technology.PLC management system is an indispensable part of planar waveguide fiber splitter test process.Its contents play a considerable role for fiber manufacturers testers,managers and decision makers.So this system to meet the different needs of different classes,to get the meaningful data they need.However,testing and management of PLC of the people have since always used the traditional artificial way.This way exists many defects: low efficiency,minimum density,not easy to find back,error prone,and so on.All these problems directly affect the quality and cost of the product.The lack of corresponding software system brings a lot of inconvenience to the software system.In this paper,according to the shortcomings of the PLC test,we put forward and realize the PLC management system which is suitable for effective management and production monitoring.First of all,according to the current manufacturing and testing PLC,this paper analyses management system functional requirements and non-functional requirements and constraints for corporate customers.And the simple operation,friendly interface,flexible,practical,safety of reasonable design,let users to better enhance the work efficiency,reduce human errors in the testing optical splitter process to solve the product testing data back and data analysis and statistics.Secondly,this paper introduces the related technical framework,database technology and so on.In this paper,we chose the MFC framework,structs technology,Hibernate technology,Java Web xfie services as the realization of the system technology,and details of its structure and characteristics.Then,the system is designed and implemented in this paper,which is divided into test subsystem and management subsystem.Test subsystem can be used in real-time communication protocol for various optical data acquisition test,for a variety of indicators for early warning,but also to support the custom statements,automatic correction parameters.Test data submitted to the backend server storage.Management end product information management,configuration management,analysis report management,personnel management and other business needs,through the way of web to show to the customer use.Finally,this paper test and verify the function of the system.The test results show that system realizes function of the PLC in the production and management of alarm notification management,data storage and analysis report and other functions,stable operation,reached the expected target.
