Temperature control is one of the most common and most basic contor method.For example,the metal mould and heat oven frequently used in metallugry and mechanical industry,it has high requiremnt to the temperature control.At the meanwhile,the single loop temperature controller as the most common equiment used in the temperature control occasion,play an important role in the in the production.Single loop controller gernerally use the PID algorithm as the control algorithm.Because of the simpleness and easy to realize,the PID algorithm is widly used in the in the temperature control.But just due to the simply sturcture and the complex method of tuning the PID parameters bolcked the way of PID using in the termperature control.As an example,when the PID algorithm using in the oven temperautre control system,it do not have the good result.The paper is focusing on the new kind of single loop temperature controller,which can face to the common controlled object,such like metal pattern that have the characters like single heat point,theraml features not obviously.Paper purpose a new kind of PID alogrithm which using the anti-overshoot technology and integral separation technology can inhibit the system overshoots;at the meanwhile,the paper purpose a new kind of relay feedback self-tuning method which and tune the P,I,D parameter automatically.The paper design a new kind of optimized PID algorithm aim at the termperature control and a kind of PID auto-tuning algorithm based on the relay feedback control.The optimized PID algorithm using the principle of anti-intergal windup technolgy,aviod the intergal windup in the control process and then inhibit the system overshoot;at the meantime,using the intergal seperation technolgy,dymanic set the intergal adding into the algorithm,this technolgy is also inhibit the system overshoot to a certain degree.The details of paper are as follows:(1)This paper analysis the standard PID algrithmresearch the principle of the algrithm above,and then design a new kind of PID algrithm for temperature control.(2)This paper utiliz the principle of relay feedback method to calculate PID parameters and put them to the PID algrithm for temperature control.(3)This paper optimize the architecture of hardware and the firmware.(4)Paper verify the control effect using the Single loop controller.
