In the application of information technology in specific areas,such as applications in the field of clinical medicine,the special applicaton demands in many areas are directly related to the specific text input itself.Recent market survery suggested that there is no input method based application that is specifically designed for the wide field of specialized application features.A text input recognition software process specially designed for specialized area applications has been introduced in this paper,which includes candidate words input selection from the expansion of a specialized knowledge model in multi-dimensions.In order to provide a more efficient and more effective predictive input preprocessing avtivity in the specialized application field.During the user's text input activities,it is neccssary to provide a standardization of terminology services and to provide the phrase and paragraph recognition knowledge services associated with the terminology based on specialized knowledge models.This process needs to be in line with the field of application in order to provide an intelligent input context service,and to provide a variety of and a simple extension to an input panel that is customized for specialized applications.The Field input method that is described in this paper has been submitted for national software patents and for which it has been in a substantive review statge.Currently,an Android based version of the field input software has already been adopted for use in the clinical application of the information technology products of a number of domestic medical institutions.The input method to the software utilizes Pinyin as being the basic input mode,thus enabling automatic error correction,a formed user lexicon,the automatic adjustment of the user word frequency,a cloud base thesaurus and other common text input services.The method also combines the field application of more general purpose common knowledge service demands with the established rules of a specialized knowledge model in order to achieve a multi-dimensional expansion and interpretation of candidate words.In the application of clinical information technology in the field of the common system by business division:including patient management,assessment management,prescription management,inspection and inspection application,inspection results inquiry browsing,electronic medical record systems,clinical care system and other applications.This input method application software has provides an effective overall system integration,including field service context knowledge and intelligent decision support in order to achieve back-office services,which also brings more interesting work environment for the end user,leading to more professional and more valuable software functionality.From the Android platform developer documentation as well as the proven,third-part input method of Android platform development framework it is allows for greater freedom in the design and development of new programs.While a number of development restrictions of the iOS platform are set for limiting third-party input methods.The functionality design of some products is temporarily limited in what is able to be achieved on the iOS platform.
