Organic Light-Emitting Diodes?OLED?have gained a place in today's lighting and display fields due to their great advantages in terms of lightness, thinness, smallness, color and beauty. Not only that,as people's environmental awareness continues to increase, the low energy consumption and low pollution of OLED devices are expected to become the leader in the future market. For decades, researchers have worked to improve device efficiency, simplify device fabrication, and exploit device potential. It can be said that after years of unremitting efforts, organic electroluminescence technology has made considerable progress, but the device has much room for improvement in terms of structural optimization and luminous efficiency. For OLED devices, the ability of each electrode to inject electrons and holes in the device is different, and the transport capacity of each functional layer material for carriers is also different,so in the light-emitting layer, electrons and holes The low bonding rate results in a large impact on the efficiency of the device's light output. This paper focuses on the structural design of the device, and introduces different functional layers to improve the thickness of the functional layer to prepare OLED devices with different structures. The optical and electrical properties of the samples were tested and analyzed, and the effects of structural optimization on device luminescence efficiency and carrier transport were discussed mechanically.Proficiency in the preparation of the device, simplifying the growth process of the film.On the one hand,Alq3 was used as the luminescent material, and NPB,LiF,PEDOT:PSS and DMSO-doped PEDOT:PSS materials were introduced by vacuum thermal evaporation and spin coating to prepare green light devices with different functional layers. And test it.The luminescence peaks of the devices are all around530 nm.The role of each functional layer in the device and its luminescence properties are discussed and analyzed. In the research of OLED,the work of using MEH-PPV as luminescent material is not mature,so on the other hand, this work uses high molecular polymer MEH-PPV as luminescent material to prepare red orange optical device by spin coating. To simplify the experimental process and shorten the growth cycle. The luminescence peaks of the prepared devices were at600 nm and 640 nm,and the effects of the thickness of the luminescent layer and the thickness of the Al electrode on the luminescence properties of the whole device were investigated.
