The modular deployable mechanism is the main structure of the antenna.It is selflocking after being deployed into position,and plays a supporting and fixing role on the metal mesh reflecting surface.Because of its high folding ratio and strong expandability,it has become a main structural form of the parabolic and the parabolic cylindrical antenna.In this paper,the modular deployable parabolic cylindrical antenna mechanism is taken as the research object,and the caliber and folding size requirements are extended.The antenna system design and optimization are based on the shearing mechanism,the deployable rib mechanism and the supporting truss mechanism.According to the positional relationship between the antenna mechanism and the working surface,the curve fitting is performed on the working surface busbar parabola.The method of finding the circle at both ends and finding the circle through the end point is compared,and the space coordinates of the key nodes of the antenna mechanism are obtained.The kinematics of the modular deployable parabolic cylindrical antenna mechanism are analyzed.Aiming at the kinematics problem of the antenna mechanism during the unfolding process,the basic rib unit,center module and multi-center module of the antenna mechanism are geometrically modeled,and the velocity acceleration displacement curve during the development of the mechanism under different driving modes is simulated and analyzed.Combined with the finite element simulation software ANSYS,the structural dynamics analysis is carried out.The influences of structural materials,support methods and dimensional parameters on the natural frequency of the antenna mechanism are analyzed.The harmonic response analysis and verification mode are carried out on the correctness of the state analysis.According to the modal analysis comparison,the basic frequency of the antenna is the constraint condition and the overall antenna weight is the target.The structural parameters such as the diameter and wall thickness of the basic rib unit are lightly optimized.The study of the influence of these factors on the fundamental frequency provides a theoretical reference for the design and analysis of such parabolic cylindrical antenna mechanisms.Based on the design and analysis of the antenna mechanism,the prototype of the modular expandable parabolic cylindrical antenna mechanism was developed,and the vibration excitation platform was built.The functional test and the unfolded vibration of the prototype of the basic expansion module were carried out.The test test verified the correctness of the simulation analysis and structural design.
