Cyber group event is one of the vital objects of Internet information content management and has become a research focus in many disciplines such as computer science and law.Analysis of user behavior and user influence in cyber group events is of great significance to social network research.The research of user responsibility in cyber group events helps to manage cyberspace.Taking cyber group events and users on Weibo as research objects,and analyzing the shortcomings in the existing user responsibility research,this thesis studies user responsibility quantification,user influence algorithm,user responsibility index and early-warning method.The main work includes the following aspects.Firstly,aiming at the problem that the existing technical standard of user responsibility definition is not unified,combined with relevant laws and regulations and the analysis of responsibility in social science,a definition of user responsibility that applicable to cyber group events is proposed.And a cyber group event user responsibility system consisting of general responsibility and potential legal responsibility is constructed.Secondly,aiming at the problem that the existing user influence algorithms are not quite applicable to the analysis of user responsibility in cyber group events,a user influence rank algorithm and a user behavior influence rank algorithm based on the PageRank algorithm are proposed.At first,in the user follows network,on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the user attributes and content similarity between adjacent users,user influence is calculated.Then,in the user interaction network,user behavior influence is calculated by analyzing user behavior characteristics and the response weight between adjacent users.Experiments show that the proposed user influence rank algorithm can effectively evaluate user influence in user follows network,and the user behavior influence rank algorithm can reasonably reflect users' actual influence in cyber group events.Thirdly,in view of the lack of user responsibility identification for cyber group events in current research,this thesis proposes a method of user responsibility index based on influence.At first,the definition and calculation of event influence are proposed by analyzing the characteristics of cyber group events.Then,combined with user influence and user behavior influence,user responsibility index is calculated.The empirical analysis in real cyber group events shows that the proposed user responsibility index can reasonably identify the subject users of responsibility.Moreover,in order to analyze user responsibility's variation law,this thesis introduces the concepts of time factor and change rate of responsibility index and dynamically calculates the user responsibility index.Finally,based on the previous research,a simple user responsibility early-warning method is proposed.
