The efficiency and reliability of the data transmission are the key issues of cooperative wireless networks(CWNs).In order to successfully transmit data to the destination, the cooperation between nodes should fully exploit the encounter opportunities in a“store-carry-forward” fashion. Therefore, the node transmission ability should be estimated for the successful data transmission and optimal network resource utilization. Moreover, the relay node selection, during the data forwarding process, should involve not only the physical layer factors but also the social relationships among nodes.Due to the prosperity of multimedia real-time services in CWNs,the node transmission ability can be evaluated to reflect the data forwarding performance and user experience. In terms of the above problems, this thesis conducts an in-depth study on the data transmission process in CWNs,deeply explores the relationship between social attributes and data transmission performance, models and analyzes each data transmission stage, which is of guiding signification for the performance optimization of CWNs.The concept and application scenarios of CWNs are introduced. And the related research is presented and analyzed.Furthermore, the data transmission performance and its evaluation methods are summarized. The social attribute aware impact analysis of data transmission ability is proposed in CWNs.A novel analysis framework is proposed to model the data forwarding process and end-to-end transmission ability under social attribute constraints, where the social relationship between nodes is evaluated. Then, the data forwarding behavior of nodes is modeled as the data transmission probability and data reception probability. Moreover, the data forwarding process is analyzed to derive a closed-form expression of the expected end-to-end transmission ability.Numerical results show that the proposed theoretical model can accurately evaluate the transmission ability under the impact of social attributes. The impact analysis of data transmission ability driven by node interest is proposed in CWNs.The data is mined, analyzed and quantified from the perspective of content popularity. Then, the interest index of nodes is analyzed according to the content popularity to further derive a steady interest quantification value. Then, the network characteristics of the community are considered to analyze the data transmission characteristics and derive the upper and lower bounds of the data transmission ability.Numerical results show that theanalysis framework can precisely depict the interest trend of nodes and its impact on data transmission ability.
