Research On Weibo Public Opinion Guidance In International News Reports

Nowadays,the world is unified as an interrelated whole,and the international-ization of news is becoming more and more prominent.In the global information age,the media is an important way to export cultural values,shape and spread the image of the country.With the frequent exchanges between China and foreign coun-tries,the media shape the attention and cognition of the Chinese audience to the outside world by transmitting international news reports.However,in the process of global communication of news practice,the monopoly of western media on the right to speak of the world media is gradually deepening.How to effectively guide inter-national news reports by Chinese media has increasingly become a "pain point".The author believes that the process of public opinion guidance is the process of agenda construction,is a specific media for domestic and foreign readers,through the construction of issues,the formation of comprehensive reports on other coun-tries.The process of public opinion guidance is diversified and comprehensive and presented in many forms.The author starts from the following six angles:the dura-tion and quantity of the topic,the characteristics of title and expression,the presen-tation form of content,the source of news,the tendency of reporting,and the total amount of audience feedback.Through a comparative study of the international is-sues reports of Weibo in the Global Times and Weibo in the Beijing News,this paper explores the ways in which the domestic media shape international issues.The most direct practical significance of the study is that the study of the process of constructing the international issues of Weibo in the Global Times and Weibo in the Beijing News will solve the problem of the difference in agenda setting between the two.Secondly,the reporting of international issues is an important embodiment of China's ability to guide public opinion.It is necessary to understand the advantages and disadvantages of media with different characteristics in the process of topic con-struction.It also puts forward the problem of how to perfect the guidance of public opinion in international news reporting.Through the comparative analysis of the reports on international issues by Weibo,the two newspapers,we find some mean-ingful differences:there are great differences in the quantity and content of the two Weibo reports,and there are differences in part of speech choice and emotional at-titude expression in the headlines.There are differences between pure text and mul-tiple forms in presentation form,balanced emotional orientation,neutrality and pos-itive tendency in tendency,localization and globalization in news sources.There are obvious differences in the degree of emotional maintenance in the total amount of audience feedback.Through the analysis of the differences,we get some more meaningful findings.When the Chinese media shape major international news events,these obvious differences can give play to three major advantages in guiding public opinion:the linkage of the media matrix and the formation of co-frequency resonance.Focus on different tendencies,multiple perspectives to guide public opinion,multimedia forms of expression,pay attention to the art of public opinion guidance;at the same time,there are also corresponding disadvantages:excessive use of western voices,the domestication of the right to speak of public opinion,abuse of the dominant tendency,violation of professionalism;The deficiency of content presentation form,topic and feedback.In order to solve the above shortcom-ings,the author believes that to enhance the level of public opinion guidance of the two major Weibo in international news reports,on the one hand,it is necessary to open up the globalization strategy of international news production,and on the other hand,gradually increase the localization of international issues.Send out the voice of China to the world.At the same time,we should also report the nature of events,make less emotional judgment,do in-depth refinement of the issue,and visually present the content.Through the above research,we are committed to providing a new perspective for the development of international news in China,expanding the agenda setting capacity and communication construction of international news,and making the mainstream voice of China in the world.
