Cloud computing is an emerging computing model developed with the improvement of information technology and the computing requirements.It is one of the hotspots of the current commercial and scientific fields.Most of the traditional virtualization is conducted with hardware simulation.In recent years,container-based virtualization technology entered in the public view.Compared with full virtualization and para virtualization,container-based technology does not require an emulation layer or a management layer,and it can directly use the system call interface of host operating system.Therefore,container-based virtualization technology has a lower cost and could provide lightweight virtualization.This paper is based on lightweight virtualization technology and constructed a high availability cluster service.In the aspect of lightweight virtualization,this paper discuss the standardization construction,management,backup and recovery of Docker container.In the aspect of high availability,this paper use load balancer to realize the service node load balance of the cluster and heartbeat mechanism to guarantee the high availability of the key service node.This paper design the dynamic-feedback weight scheduling algorithm.In lightweight virtualization cluster,service node based on container has the ability of rapid deployment and uploading.The static network in a traditional cluster will no longer apply.Therefore this paper design the service discovery module in the cluster.One service node will automatically registry to the module when it join the cluster.This module also has a regular health check to dynamic maintenance of nodes in the cluster.Finally,the experiments verified the lightweight virtualization cluster designed in this paper has a better performance in throughput and response time compared to the original one.In the experiment,the backup and migration of the key nodes are tested and evaluated.Finally,this paper verify the high availability of the lightweight virtualization cluster through the simulation operation for a long time.
