Research On The Formation And Change Method Of Heterogeneous Agents' Beliefs

Agents' beliefs are the focus of the research about agent modeling based on BDI model.At present,the research on beliefs includes two parts,that is,the formation and the change of agents' beliefs.Symbolic and logical expressions are mostly used in both research.There are few simple and intuitive modeling methods to study the mechanism of the two parts.Therefore,the above methods are more complex and difficult to be used in practical applications.What's more,the formation and change of beliefs are not regarded as a whole,and they are studied separately,and the influence of individuals' heterogeneity on beliefs is less considered in the study of beliefs.In order to overcome the limitations of these methods,this thesis proposes a research method of heterogeneous agents' belief formation and change.This thesis proposes a main framework for the formation and change of heterogeneous agents' beliefs.The framework consists of influencing factors,model construction and experimental analysis.The influencing factors of the formation of heterogeneous individual beliefs include individual's own experience and knowledge as well as the learning and predicting ability of the human brain;the influencing factors of the change of heterogeneous individual beliefs include their own emotions towards others,the similarity between individuals and persuasion from others.In the model construction,this thesis combines BP neural network and BDI model in belief formation to form BP-BDI model and individual emotion in belief change with BDI model to form E-BDI model.The two models are used as logical basis to modelling the influencing factors of belief formation and change.The experimental analysis is also divided into two parts: belief formation and change,and explores the influence of their respective influencing factors on results.In this thesis,MATLAB is used as an experimental platform to verify the feasibility of belief formation model and three belief formation mechanisms of heterogeneous individual through the content and quantity of individual learning knowledge.In the process of researching the belief change in agents,the experiment is designed and analyzed from the angle of a single individual and group.From the angle of a single individual,the change of beliefs are divided into three forms: expansion,contraction and revision,and the influence of three factors affecting the belief change in individual is studied.From the group perspective,through the complex interpersonal relationship network to study the impact of these three factors on the group's belief change,and combines the experimental results of each factor with social phenomena and social cognition.The above experimental results not only verify the feasibility of the heterogeneous individuals' belief formation and change model proposed in this thesis,but also provide a new idea for the research of beliefs,which lays a foundation for further research on BDI model.
