Research On The Continued Willingness Of Users Of The Archive WeChat Public Platform

The purpose of this thesis is to study the expectation-confirmation theory(ECT)and the basic information system continuous use model(ECM-ISC),based on the WeChat public number platform that can cover a large population,and propose factors that can influence the users' willingness to continue to use.It is also applicable to the new research model of the WeChat public account to explore the important factors that can enhance the stickiness of the public number,and then apply it to the actual service and development of the public number,in order to have low quality,poor service,and the same The file WeChat public number,which has serious problems such as quality,proposes corresponding countermeasures.This thesis forms a platform based on the archive WeChat public number,based on the ECT and ECM-ISC models and combines the characteristics and knowledge of archival disciplines.At the same time,it introduced nine influencing factors,including perceived playfulness,perceived ease of use,subjective norms,user habits,perceived security risks,etc.This thesis used an empirical research method,developed a questionnaire using the mature scale of the predecessors,and used the realistic questionnaire and network platform questionnaire to recover 247 valid questionnaires,and then used SPSS and AMOS software to data.Reliability,validity,and structural equation model analysis to test research hypotheses.The results show that,except for the two influencing factors of cognitive safety risk and cognitive conversion cost,the research hypotheses of other influencing factors have passed the test.Finally,based on the research results,relevant countermeasures are proposed for the service status of the file WeChat public number.
