Research On Employee Loss In HNGD Mobile Television Company

In the research and practice of human resource management,employee turnover rate has been a topic of concern in academia and industry.Human resources is the key factor for enterprises to produce competitiveness,and the high staff turnover rate often restricts the survival of enterprises.Innovation and development Hunan Radio and Television Mobile Television Company is currently facing a serious problem of staff turnover.In 2017,the loss of staff has reached more than 50%,which has seriously affected the key business of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the causes of employee turnover and to solve the problem of employee turnover.Due to the rapid development of Hunan Radio and Television Mobile TV Company,the rapid development of the market,coupled with the tight external market environment and internal decision-making mistakes,since August 2016,there has been a change of management and business strategy of the company.The company has a series of problems,such as difficult turnover of funds,massive loss of users and so on.The company's performance has declined,and its employees have been losing their jobs one after another.Starting from the actual situation of the company,this paper analyzes the current situation,characteristics and adverse effects of employee turnover on the company,adopts the methods of literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey to collect relevant data and conduct induction and analysis.Finally,combining with modern human resource management theory,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of salary system,promotion system,enterprise culture and so on,so as to realize the effective management of employee turnover.
