With the development of the mobile Internet service,it is unreasonable for users to get all types of service from only a fixed kind of wireless network.Considering the network performance and user requirement of Quality of Service(QoS),there are various kinds of wireless network for users to select. In order to strike a balance between the resource utilization of wireless network and the user requirement, for a mobile intelligent terminal, how to select an appropriate access network in a heterogeneous converged network environment has attracted widespread attention of many scholars. This paper introduces a network access selection algorithm based on improved variable weight for the problem that the weight in the multi-attribute decision algorithm cannot be changed once it is determined.Based on the constant weights calculated by the analytic hierarchy process, the algorithm punishes the poor performance indicators according to user preferences, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is proved by simulation. With the emergence of a large number of multimedia applications, the energy consumption of terminal devices has become more and more important.Aiming at the problem of energy consumption of terminal equipment in network access selection algorithm,a network access selection algorithm based on energy-QoS trade-off is proposed.Firstly, the utility functions of key QoS indicators such as data rate, delay and packet loss rate are defined. Each utility function parameter can be set according to user preferences and business characteristics.Secondly, the network energy utility model is defined according to the characteristics of each network energy consumption. Finally, the user preference function is set with the remaining power of the terminal device as the independent variable,so that the smaller the remaining power, the higher the user's attention to energy consumption(ie,the greater the weight of the energy consumption). The algorithm can assign different weights to energy consumption and user QoS requirements according to user preferences and remaining power of the terminal. The whole algorithm process is more in line with user preference habits, which can effectively reduce energy consumption and extend the terminal equipment usage time.A network access selection algorithm based on the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and bilateral profit drive was proposed to address problems concerning user-network bilateral profits.User preference, business demands and network parameter changes were considered comprehensively in the algorithm.Firstly, the initial weights centered at users are gained by intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Secondly, network participates into network access selection as a subject with competitive consciousness and the whole selection process is transformed into a multi-objective optimization problem by constructing a competitive model, thus getting dynamic competitive weights.Thirdly, the initial weights centered at users and the dynamic competitive weights are combined to get the comprehensive weights. In this way, dynamic adjustment of comprehensive weights is realized. Finally, candidate networks are ordered according to the comprehensive performance evaluation and the optimal one is selected. The proposed is proved valid by simulation results in reducing blocking rate of networks and optimizing network resource allocation. It not only protects user-network bilateral profits, but also maximizes the comprehensive profits.
