Selective laser melting(SLM)technology is a rapid manufacturing technology developed in recent years.SLM technology is more efficient and convenient than other rapid prototyping technologies,and its future development prospects are broader.The metal parts formed by SLM technology have a compactness of nearly 100%,high dimensional accuracy and good surface roughness.Due to the monopoly of foreign technology,China's development in 3D printer control systems is relatively slow,and large-scale laser 3D printing equipment mainly relies on imports.Research on the control system of the 3D printer can improve the printing effect and improve the forming accuracy,so it is necessary to develop a control system for the laser 3D printer.Based on selective laser melting technology,an open CNC system of laser 3D printer based on GE300 was developed in this paper.Firstly,the working principle of the laser 3D printer was analyzed,and the workflow of the laser 3D printer was determined.The laser 3D printer mechanical system was designed,and the design scheme of the paving powder system and the laser scanning system was determined,which laid the foundation for the research and development of the laser 3D printer.This subject adopts the control scheme of "PC + motion controller".The hardware control part of laser 3D printer is studied.The feed servo system,laser system and position detection system hardware control circuit were designed in detail.The physical connection of the hardware and electrical parts was completed,and the hardware control parts were tested by the written code program,and the various parts worked normally.In order to realize the accurate and efficient decoding of the control code generated by the 3D printing slicing software by the SLM 3D printer control system,the decoding module of the SLM 3D printing control system was developed with the help of GRETA regular expression.The simulation results show that the decoding module can quickly and accurately extract processing information.GRETA regular expressions are free,flexible,and easy to understand.The hierarchical programming method makes the decoding module have good expandability and portability.The software part of the CNC system of laser 3D printer was developed.The main program flow of the software was analyzed,and the main program of the software was designed.The solution to the realization of the function modules such as decoding and monitoring was determined.Using the solid-high GE300 core motion controller,the programming implementation method of multi-segment continuous trajectory motion in the process of 3D printing is given.Aiming at the problem of laser control,a solution of laser control system is proposed,which realizes the power setting,light output and light off operation of laser.The friendly human-computer interaction interface was developed by Visual C++ 6.0 development tool,and the control program was written to realize the working process control of the laser 3D printer.
