With the development of society and economy,social productivity has grown,and the scale of production and sales of products has increased day by day.More and more warehouses are needed to store goods.How to ensure the security of the warehouse is also getting an increasing number of attention.The existing warehouse environmental supervision system has a single service,and generally adopts a combination of automatic monitoring and manual management,for instance,when smoke occurs,the fire alarm sounded an alarm first and then the staff handle the danger,such kind of management is not only a waste of human resources but also prone to mistakes.Modern society urgently needs a more scientific and intelligent warehouse environmental supervision system.Aim at the above problems,a Intelligent warehouse environment supervision system is been designed to monitor the environmental status of the warehouse in real time and control the equipment to automatically deal with emergencies.At the same time,an Ethernet module would be added to the system,so that managers can view the state of the warehouse in real time and remotely control the equipment.The system consists of environmental condition monitor,controller and remote management.The environmental condition monitor is responsible for monitoring the environmental parameters of each warehouse,such as temperature,humidity,ozone concentration,dust concentration and whether there is fire or water immersion.The monitor uses the STM32 chip as a processor,mounts a variety of sensors,and uses a combination of the RS-485 bus and the FreeModbus protocol stack to implement serial communication functions and send data to the controller.After receiving the data,the controller will display the data on the LCD screen in real time.If the environmental data exceeding the set range is detected,an alarm will be issued and the corresponding device will be automatically controlled to regulate the abnormal environment.The controller adopts STM32 chip as the processor,and is equipped with W5500 Ethernet control module,which is combined with FreeModbus protocol stack to realize Modbus/TCP protocol communication function and communicate with remote control terminal.The remote console is a computer with smart warehouse environment monitoring software,which is a window application based on the QT platform and connected to the SQL Server database.Through the software,managers can view the real-time environmental data of each warehouse,manually control the equipment and query historical parameter records.This paper completed the system and the whole system was tested.After a long time of field testing,the intelligent warehouse system meets the expected requirements.
