The Cyber Physical Production System(CPPS)is the application of the Cyber Physical System(CPS)in the manufacturing industry and is the basis of the Industry 4.0.The cyber-physical fusion technology gives the nodes intelligent characteristics in the production system,enabling the manufacturing resources to exist,share and invoke in the form of services.The operation of CPPS is reflected in the real-time task-driven configuration and dynamic operation of various service manufacturing resources based on production processes.The CPPS system is designed to integrate the manufacturing resources service in the CPS environment according to the business logic and define the system behavior.In the CPPS system design process,two major problems need to be solved:the behavior model construction of the nodes in the system and the cyber-physical fusion of the behavior model.The design of the CPPS system is to integrate the distributed manufacturing resources in the CPS environment according to the business logic and define the system behavior.The design process of CPPS is complex.It not only needs to model and verify the adaptive,reconfigurable and interoperable functions of CPPS in the design process,but also needs to support system expansion,reconstruction and control during the operation phase.Currently,an important factor limiting the development of CPPS is the lack of a CPPS design and management integration methodology and model support.System modeling and simulation is an important method of designing complex systems that could help designers understand,describe,and verify the function of the system.According to the two major problems in CPPS designing,this paper comprehensively applies object-oriented,system modeling and simulation,system configuration and other ideas and technologies,proposing and developing an Aided Development and Simulation Platform for Cyber Physical Production System(CPPS-ADSP),facing the design and operation stage of CPPS.Firstly,by analyzing the application scenarios of CPPS-ADSP,the functions and features of CPPS-ADSP are extracted,and the reference archistecture,operation mechanism and network physical environment of the system are proposed.On the basis of this,aiming at the design and modeling of CPPS,a hybrid modeling method combining MAS architecture and extended Petri net OTCKPN is proposed.The pre-defined system model library is used to construct the negotiation behavior model and production behavior model of CPS nodes in the system supporting adaptive and reconfigurable features of CPPS.Based on the model of CPPS,an SOA-based cyber physical fusion method is proposed,which defines the type of service in the system and the operating mechanism of SOA.By establishing the interoperability mechenism between CPPS-ADSP and physical device layer or information resource layer to realize interconnection between CPPS and heterogeneous devices and systems.Finally,based on the research results of this paper,the platform-based design method is used to develop the CPPS-ADSP prototype system,and the CPPS-ADSP is verified by the actual production scenario.The results show that CPPS-ADSP can effectively support the development and verification of CPPS.
