Construction Of Social APP Icon Evaluation Model For IOS System Based On AHP-TOPSIS

The 21 st century is the age of the Internet,and the smart devices on the mobile side are becoming an increasingly indispensable part of our lives,work and entertainment.APP is regarded as an important tool for mobile smart devices.Its number and types are becoming more and more abundant,therefore,the competition among APP developers is also becoming increasingly fierce.The advantages and disadvantages of the APP depend on many factors.The APP icon is usually the first visual element that the users see in the app store while evaluating the app.The app icon is crucial for the app.However,there are problems in the design of APP icons,such as serious homogenization,poor functional expression,and limited use.Therefore,it is especially important to measure the pros and cons of an APP icon by what standard.Due to the many factors involved in the evaluation of APP icon design,what are the important important design principles and influencing factors in the process of APP icon design,and the importance of it;and how to accurately analyze and compare the same type of APP.The advantages and disadvantages between the icons,these two aspects of research on the design of APP icon is very important.(1)In order to explore the important design principles and influencing factors in designing APP icons,as well as the influence degree of different design principles and influencing factors on APP icon design.This paper takes the visual design of APP icons as the starting point,summarizes the four main design principles of APP icon design by analyzing some aspects such as the theoretical overview,development trends,design principles and design methods and so on.They are the overall effect design principle,the layout composition design principle,the graphic element design principle and the color element design principle.The design principles include: overall aesthetics,picture simplicity,style consistency,visual charm,layout rationality,subject prominence,proportional suitability,three-dimensional sense of space,graphical ideology,graphic recognition,graphic creativity and graphic performance of 15 indicators of APP icon design.Applies them to related fields such as design evaluation of APP icon,and establishes decision hierarchy model by using AHP method.The AHP method explores the influence weights of different categories of design principles and related factors in APP icon design on APP icon evaluation.(2)In order to find out how to accurately analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages between the same type of APP icons.It is applied to the sample of social APP icons in the five selected iOS systems.Through the questionnaire and expert interview related evaluation data,the evaluation data is by TOPSIS method combine with the influence of different categories of design principles and related factors on the evaluation of APP icons to analyze and sort the five APP icon samples.Finally,the paper analyzes the five sample APP icons from the aspect of objective factors,and verifies its sort results and the ranking results of the AHP-TOPSIS evaluation model.It is verified that the iOS social APP icon evaluation model based on AHP-TOPSIS has certain rationality for selecting five APP icon samples synthetically and evaluating the ranking results.The evaluation model of social APP icons in iOS system based on AHP-TOPSIS proposed and constructed in this paper has certain rationality and practical meaning.AHP method and TOPSIS method is a scientific multi-criteria decision-making tool.The ranking of APP icons calculated by this model is more scientific and accurate.This paper comes up with a new idea and method for visual design of social APP icons in iOS system.This model can be used to the APP icon design process.Perform analyze the ranking of advantages and disadvantages of APP icons in iOS system or compare alternatives of APP icons in iOS system.
