Research On The Application Of Enterprise Electronic Accounting Archives Management System

Accounting files are the main evidence reflecting the economic activities and business matters of enterprises,and are the core components of accounting work.However,with the development of the unit's business scale,coverage,and organization,the number of paper-based accounting files continues to grow,making accounting file management a bottleneck for financial accounting management.After actually researching the status quo and pain points of accounting management of a certain enterprise,this paper draws on the latest "Accounting Archives Management Measures" based on the current management structure of enterprise finance,the current situation of accounting file management and existing problems,and thoroughly studies various financial and economic matters,according to the needs of enterprises.Provided a solution to develop an electronic accounting archive management system.The scheme systematically studies the functions of various aspects of accounting electronic file management,follows the design concept of AOP,adopts the architecture of SOA,and designs and implements the application architecture in which the functions of each module are relatively independent,and can also coordinate work through a common data interface.At the same time,based on the implementation of the data interface rules,we can carry out custom configuration and development,and finally make the system provide powerful business functions,and also have a high degree of flexibility and scalability.The overall layout of the system adopts a layered design,with common interfaces communicating between the layers,and the lower layer providing services for the upper layer;the web front end adopts the JQuery front-end framework;the server-side hierarchical structure is divided into a load balancing layer,a web service layer,and an underlying storage layer.The load balancing layer uses Nginx for proxying,while using web caching for system access acceleration;the web layer uses the classic Spring framework,dubbo distributed framework and Shiro security framework,and the service layer implements scheduling management,search services,file type conversion,and caching services.The persistence layer service and the signature service;the underlying data storage selects the mysql database,and uses the MongoDB database and fastDFS to implement file storage;for different business scenarios,the system provides two deployment scenarios,namely standard deployment scheme and minimization.The deployment plan provides the server hardware indicators and topology structure to facilitate the rapid deployment of enterprises and institutions.In addition,the fifth chapter of this paper details the interconnection scheme and technology of the electronic accounting file system and the ERP system and other file systems of the enterprise.With the development of computer technology,we can be sure that the electronicization of accounting files is the development direction of financial work management in the future.
