Queuing scenes are often encountered in people's daily life, such as going to the hospital, waiting for service at the window of the bank, waiting for the bus and so on.With the rapid growth of the urban population, large populations not only increase the difficulty of public management and public services in the queue, but also increase the security risks caused by crowds. The uncivilized behavior of some individuals in queuing may lead to serious group incidents.Instinctive emotions are especially susceptible to infection, while rational and calm emotions do not work in the group. In December 31,2014,serious people crowd and stampede incidents occurred in Shanghai's Bund,at that time, nearly 300 thousand citizens and tourists flocked to the the Bund's viewing platform.Because some of them went through the pedestrian walkway reversely, and people rushing to the viewing platform broke through the one-way traffic warning zone, and people should walk in accordance with instructions, rather than crowded.Due to the lack of police officers and the number of people with negative emotions is increasing, the situation was out of control, crowding and stampede occurred, causing 35 people to die.In order to solve above problems, this paper studies the emotional contagion in the crowd queuing from the psychological and social computing, and puts forward patience, urgency, friendliness and other emotional parameters that can effectively express individual personality, and propose a crowd simulation method based on SIR model,so that to reflect the psychological state of the crowd in the individual's movement behavior in real time through the model proposed. And this paper establishes the emotional contagion model in the crowd queuing events by analyzing, modeling and simulating the typical queuing scenes, such as bus stations, subway stations and ATM.The simulation results show that the factors of queuing disorder are not only related to the personal behavior and emotion, but also the individual personality, the waiting time, the personal urgency and patience. Finally, this paperselects the indoor and outdoor service window scenes for simulation, and compares the simulation results with the real scene to effectively verify the validity of the model. In the crowd queuing events, the mutual infection of individual emotions easily leads to the confusion of the queuing order and even the occurrence of crowd events. So this paper proposes a emotional model to prevent crowd confusion based on administrator, and uses the subway scene to simulate. Then this paper analyzes the state of the crowd movement before the outbreak of negative emotions and after the outbreak. The experimental simulation results show that the reasonable allocation of administrators' timing and location can effectively control the spread of negative emotions.
