Mobile crowd sensing is a new sensing paradigm.Ordinary users take intelligent mobile terminals as sensing units,and use wireless communication to provide a new idea for solving large-scale perceptions.Affected by factors such as coverage area,user preferences and network access cost,the data transmission method based on fixed topology in mobile crowd sensing network is no longer applicable.At the same time,the characteristics of loosely distributed and intermittently connected are particularly similar to the opportunistic network.Therefore,opportunistic routing methods are typically used as the data transmission mode for mobile crowd sensing.However,existing opportunistic routing methods only focus on the geographic location or social information of the nodes.Therefore,considering the spatio-temporal characteristics and limited resources in the mobile crowd sensing network,a set of opportunistic routing strategies for mobile crowd sensing is proposed.This strategy includes a routing method and a buffer management method.It can select suitable participants to forward data,solve the congestion caused by data redundancy,and improve the data transmission performance.First of all,for the mobile crowd sensing network with weak or no coverage,considerations of existing routing methods are too singular,and the decision of forward is subjective.So an opportunistic routing strategy is proposed which combining with the advantages of the existing opportunistic routing strategies.It regards node location and moving state as the basis of link connection,using Pareto optimal to objectively measure the relationship between nodes,and it also considers the network availability by node energy and buffer.A Pareto optimal routing method based on multi-attribute is proposed to provide rules for the selection of relay nodes,so as to improve overall network performance.Secondly,for the limited network resources,the redundancy caused by many nodes sensing brings communication load and network overhead.A priority queue-based buffer management method is proposed to solve the problem of congestion generated by the routing method.The method considers the state of messages in the node buffer,and utilizes the priority queue mechanism to implement the corresponding queue dropping strategy for buffer management in case of network congestion,so as to ensure the fairness of message dropping,the dynamic balance of the buffer and reduces the impact on node communication.Finally,the two methods proposed in the ONE experimental simulation platform are implemented and compared with the existing routing strategies and buffer management methods.The experimental results show that the proposed methods prolong the life of the network by reducing the energy loss,and further improve the data transmission performance of the mobile crowd sensing network under the effect of the buffer management method.
