Since the 21st century,Internet technology has been changing with each passing day,and has been widely applied to the management of all walks of life.Especially,information office has gradually replaced the traditional office mode.The implementation of information management in school teaching can effectively improve work efficiency,and is also an effective means of scientific management teaching.The school individualized teaching management system is an information management system which is constructed by using modern information management technology to carry out networked and paperless management of classroom attendance,teaching evaluation and teacher communication.Compared with the traditional manual management mode,the teaching management system has the following advantages:convenient and fast operation,fast retrieval speed,accurate inquiry results,large storage,low cost and saving.Provide resources,friendly man-machine interface and other functions.This not only reduces the workload of managers,but also improves the management quality and level of the school.The internal resources of the school can also be fully utilized,which can not be separated from the efficient and intelligent information management.The system adopts B/S development mode,which is divided into three modules:the rate management module,the teaching evaluation module and the teacher communication module.The first module:the class arrival rate management module,mainly realizes the class arrival rate situation every day,facilitates the teaching management personnel to inquire statistics,the server is deployed in the campus,networking with each classroom teaching machine,the teacher logs in the class rate management system before or during class,logs in each user,chooses the corresponding class,and makes the corresponding attendance according to the class students'attendance situation.Record,the system automatically counts the number of students in the class,attendance,lateness,absence and absence.Teachers can also fill in the information feedback of this class:absence list,classroom discipline,students' learning status,teaching suggestions and teaching comments.The second module is teaching evaluation module,which mainly realizes the function of mutual evaluation between teachers and students.When the teacher user logs in,he chooses the teaching class and the course name,gives the corresponding score for each evaluation option of the class,gives the overall evaluation,and automatically counts the evaluation result of the teacher to the class.When the students log in,the system automatically judges the major according to the number,lists all the teachers and courses of the major,chooses the teachers and courses that the students evaluate,makes an objective and impartial evaluation of their indicators,and automatically counts the final scores and comments of the students of the class on a given teacher.The third module is teacher communication platform module.This module mainly realizes the functions of teachers' online publishing personal teaching experience,professional articles,focusing on teaching difficulties and sharing teaching experience.Teachers can reply and discuss with each other,add friends to each other,and send messages to each other to make the communication between teachers more convenient and smooth.The development environment of this system is the combination form of PHP + MYSQL.According to the overall needs,the development mode is from top to bottom,which runs through the whole process from system development to test and then to application.According to the actual needs of the school,independent innovation,the creation of a personalized teaching management system.According to the functional modules of the system,this paper introduces several teaching management links,such as attendance management,evaluation of learning and teaching,online communication,and elaborates the requirements analysis,design methods and implementation process of each module in detail;from the functional design of the system to the design of background database;and then to the use method of the system,and gives the functional structure diagram,flow chart and part of the model of each module.A screenshot of the block's running results.This management system is user-friendly,simple and practical,and has been running online in a school.
