When making travel decisions,users will search for suitable attractions on the corresponding travel websites.But these sites often contain a huge amount of tourist information,making it difficult for users to quickly find satisfactory spots.In addition,travel is usually a group behavior,and personalized travel recommendations are difficult to meet the needs of all users in the group.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies the group travel recommendation algorithm based on geo-tag and time factor.The main tasks are as follows:1)A latent topic and cost based group travel algorithm LTCA is proposed.The algorithm first divides the group based on the personal trajectory data,and then constructs a TCM model to recommend top-N attractions to the group.Through experiments,the model effectively improved the recommendation accuracy and recall rate on the Foursquare and Gowalla datasets.2)A group travel recommendation algorithm TRPA that combines time and space factors and popularity is proposed.The TRPA algorithm first models the geotag,time,and attraction popularity,then combines the modeling results of various factors with the TCM model to recommend top-N attractions to the group.The experiment proves that the algorithm can further improve the recommendation accuracy and recall rate.3)A group travel route recommendation algorithm based on time division TDRA is proposed.The algorithm first constructs the UPMF model to obtain the user's rating,then uses the mean strategy to get the group rating.Finally,it builds a recommendation strategy based on the rating and distance to recommend the top-N route.The algorithm takes into account the factors of time,attraction distance and group rating,and verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm on multiple indicators.4)A group travel recommendation prototype system based on geo-tag and time factor was designed and implemented,and the algorithm proposed in this paper was introduced into the system to meet the multi?faceted needs of the tourism group.
