At present,the aging of the domestic population is increasing,the development of the pharmaceutical industry has become a key social issue.As the two pillars of the pharmaceutical industry,warehousing and transportation have become the constraints for the pharmaceutical industry to meet the current stringent requirements and reduce costs and increase efficiency.Therefore,more and more pharmaceutical enterprises are transforming to the direction of intelligent storage and intelligent logistics.However,in the initial stage of the construction of domestic pharmaceutical warehouse intelligent logistics system,there are some inevitable problems,such as unreasonable cargo allocation scheme and poor intelligent equipment scheduling strategyBased on this,this paper takes the intelligent logistics system of a pharmaceutical warehouse as the background,and makes analysis of the evaluation method of the cargo allocation scheme suitable for the drugs and the layout of the wai*ehouse and the joint scheduling strategy among small devices.The specific research contents are as follows:To deal with the problems of products backlog at bottleneck and low efficiency of superior-subordinate caused by the low efficiency of RGV operation and unreasonable distribution of logistics system in pharmaceutical warehouse,the optimization of the AGV system in pharmaceutical warehouse was established.The objective is to eliminate bottlenecks and increase overall operating efficiency.Through calculation,it is verified that the optimized conveying system has applicability for the warehouse,which can eliminate the bottleneck of the conveying system and effectively improve the warehousing efficiency of the logistic system.In order to solve the problem of unreasonable cargo space allocation scheme,a hybrid cargo space allocation scheme evaluation method based on G1 and TOPSIS method is proposed.Through quantitative evaluation of the cargo location allocation scheme,the cargo location allocation scheme suitable for warehouse goods turnover,shelf life,physical and chemical characteristics is determined,to increase the operation efficiency of the intelligent logistics system in the upstreamTo deal with the problems of products backlog at bottleneck and low efficiency of overall working efficiency caused by the scattered distribution of batch products in pharmaceutical warehouse,the optimization of the Stacker-AGV system in pharmaceutical warehouse was established.The objective is to complete the demand and to minimize the total operation time of group in-out stock orders.On this basis,an improved immune cloning algorithm was proposed to solve and optimize the ordering strategy of the order sequence and verify the analysis in a case of a pharmaceutical warehouse.Aiming at the modeling and simulation problems of the whole flow of job order information and the simulation of the Stacker-AGV system's operation and scheduling,the simulation software PlantSimulation was used to simulate and analyze the system before and after optimization with the actual parameters.
