According to the latest statistics released by the World Health Organization in 2017,there are 322 million people with depression worldwide,which is in sharp contrast with the high prevalence of depression.It is the current low rate of depression.In addition,social prejudice and misunderstanding of depression and depression patients are also widespread,lacking correct understanding of depression.As the main channel for audiences to obtain health information,the online media's depression report directly affects the public's perception,attitude and behavior about depression.Therefore,the role of online media in the health of depression can not be ignored.This article takes the report of depression from 2014 to 2018 in Sina.com as a research sample,and uses content analysis and text analysis to analyze the current status of the construction of depression in online media.Using questionnaires and in-depth interviews to understand the reports of depression and depression in the audience's cognitive framework,revealing the audience's cognitive status of depression and the problem of online media's health communication in depression,and correctly constructing depression for the media.The issue provides a realistic basis.In the content analysis and text analysis of the depression report of Sina.com,it is found that the current topic of depression is still in a more marginalized position,which is reflected in the following aspects: The online media has a serious imbalance in the choice of depression theme.Ignoring the popularity of medical prevention knowledge,and focusing on the episodes of depression,focusing on the negative behaviors of depressed patients,through the labeling and hunting reports to shape patients into indifferent to life or to society.Violent image of violence;reporting tendency,mainly objective neutrality,but negative reports more than positive reports,dispelling the positive role of positive reports;reporting genres are mainly news,lack of comments and in-depth reports make the audience to depression Understanding that it only stays in the simple science stage of disease knowledge,lacks a deep understanding of depression;in addition,a large number of reports without news sources reflect the lack of professionalism in online media.In the survey on audience cognition,it is found that most of the current audiences have a correct understanding of depression in general,and they face the disease attributes of depression,indicating that the online media has achieved initial results in recent years,but specifically to depression.In terms of the basic knowledge of the disease,the audience's cognition is general,and there are also cognitive misunderstandings in patients with depression and depression.In the survey of reports on depression,the audience generally believes that the number of online media reports is general,the subject of the report is case-based,and the patient image is negative.In the survey of audience needs,it is found that the current online media reports fail to meet the needs of the audience.Medical knowledge is the most popular content of the audience.In-depth reports are the most popular report genre of the audience,highlighting the existence of online media in the construction of depression issues.The problem.Based on the above analysis of the construction of depression issues in online media and the audience perception survey,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the current online media depression report and gives targeted suggestions,in order to play an active role in the health communication of depression and eliminate the network media.Prejudice against the public on depression and depression patients promotes the development of public health in China.
