With the development of market economy,enterprises pay more and more attention to brand building,more and more enterprises are aware of the importance of brand promotion,and invest a lot of resources through various channels for project promotion.At present,webcast is a brand new media for enterprises to promote brand projects.Since 2008,the development of network live broadcasting has experienced the exploratory period,the rapid development period and the mature application period.Especially in 2014 to 2016,the network live broadcasting has developed rapidly into Internet culture.In this field,whether in investment capital or economic income of the number of users,it shows a very high growth trend.However,project risk problem must be considered in the process of webcasting promotion.Risk management is a major factor that must be considered in the project.Major project managers predict and identify the risks that may occur in the project,and the enterprises must reduce the adverse effects caused by the occurrence of risk incidents,and obtain the highest security at the lowest cost through a series of technical means and implementation process.Based on the analysis above,this paper takes F company's computer brand live broadcast promotion project as a case,probing into the risk problems existed in the process of project implementation,and establishes a risk management system to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and make the brand communication effect and more ideal.Based on the analysis of the project profile,this paper identifies the risk factors in the promotion of computer brand live broadcast,establishes a risk assessment model,and calculates the risk weights;then,the thesis makes a introduction of the concept of risk management through the whole project of computer brand live broadcast promotion,carries out risk prediction and response before the project promotion to be risk monitoring,crisis response,sudden crisis analysis and treatment in the whole live broadcast process.After the completion of live broadcast,so as to achieve topic guidance,risk aversion and crisis response.
