Driven by the background of the big data age,whether large or small or medium enterprises,modern enterprises or family companies need to consider a serious question:how can the various kinds of information in front of them extract the most favorable information for their own companies?In order to seize the opportunity,and this process can be completed extremely quickly.This analysis is based on the macro conditions of the times,and from the perspective of internal development of the company,there are three aspects to see its importance:First,from the various disadvantages that have arisen in the vertical companies before,The needs of modern enterprises should be flat enterprises rather than traditional pyramids,and the transformation of such enterprises inevitably needs to pass through information networks;Second,for the enterprise's^own service type and service content,there are also very large requirements for network information;Third,one of the reasons modern companies can stand firm in the turbulent tide of the times is to learn to rely on co-ordination and learn to cluster to grow themselves.The information network provides this platform.In fact,according to statistical information,Chinese enterprises have also discovered the importance of the network,and gradually began to establish their own information network in the world,and then promote their own service projects.However,China's IT projects in many years of development still did not break out of a road,the final result is caused by two reasons:its cost law.Due to reasons such as technology and lack of experience,companies will always find that the reality is inconsistent with the ideal when carrying out the actual operation of the project.They always need to invest more funds to fill some unexpected loopholes.This can easily lead to a break in the funding chain.The project failed to end halfway;Second,most of the projects are only covered with the skin of IT projects.In fact,the interior does not have the potential that an IT project should have,and it is impossible to follow the operating methods of IT projects.Based on this background,this article takes the virtual team of multinational software development companies as an analysis case,focuses on the characteristics of virtual teams,differences from traditional teams,elements of virtual team management,and takes the HSBC project team as a case.The operation process and benefits of virtual team are analyzed in detail.In order to provide inspiration for similar enterprises.
