Research On The Guidance Of Public Opinion In The Comments Of The National Two Sessions(2013-2018)

The annual National Two Sessions is a major event in China's political life.During the two sessions,members of the CPPCC and deputies of the National People's Congress from all walks of life throughout the country will collate the information collected from the people and convey it to the central government as a reference for the central government to formulate policies.As a major political activity concerned by the whole country,the media pays close attention to and interprets the proposals of the NPC and CPPCC.On the one hand,it pays attention to the proposals of the delegates concerning the national economy and people's livelihood.On the other hand,the media shoulders the important responsibility of conveying the mainstream voice and cohesing the social consensus,and interprets the information of the proposals to the national audience.Through the commentary articles of the Party and the media during the two sessions,we can see the change of the concept of media communication in a specific period,and at the same time,we can intuitively reflect the trend of national policy and the track of economic and social development.This paper takes the commentary articles of People's Daily in the past two years as the research object,adopts the methods of content analysis,case study and literature analysis,and based on the Marxist view of Journalism and Xi Jinping's view of news and public opinion,explores the commentary articles from the aspects of topic selection,column setting,author composition,comment type and style change.The characteristics confirm that the People's Daily strive to practise Marxist journalism and Xi Jinping's journalism and public opinion,and make a useful exploration in giving full play to the mouthpiece function of the Party newspaper.By analyzing the innovative measures of the commentary editions of the two newspapers,this paper also explores the public opinion guidance paths for People's Daily to cope with the complex environment: for example,relying on the pluralistic commentary columns,using the integrated communication platform,to implement the differential guidance;to follow up on major political topics,a series of comments,to rationally analyze and explain doubts,and to condense consensus of public opinion.In the face of hot topics,we should study the advantages and disadvantages of mainstream valuesand lead public opinion.Nowadays,all kinds of voices and opinions are full of cyberspace,and the guiding force of news commentary in Party newspapers is facing increasing pressure.In order to enhance the public opinion guidance of Party newspaper news commentary,Party newspaper news commentary should pay attention to innovating interactive mode and communicating two public opinion fields;dispel the stereotyped impression of Party newspaper Commentary and improve the readability of commentary;establish the consciousness of "community" of Party newspaper commentary,and construct the "national team" of Party newspaper commentary.We should adhere to the core concepts of Party spirit,orientation and "mouthpiece theory",practice the surname of the party in the party media,and strengthen the public opinion guidance of news commentary in the party newspapers.
