With the continuous development of China's space industry and computer technology,and with the growing level on meteorological guarantee in the current environment,the satellite launch center made a new requirement about informatization construction.Nowadays,its meteorological department causes low work efficiency,resource consumption,due to the low level of informatization construction.Unable to achieve comprehensive management of multiple jobs and excellent meteorological support,existing system can't meet the need of the meteorological department now and in the future.The department want to build an information platform,including meteorological information display,operational status management,task display and command and remote device access.It aims to provide comprehensive meteorological information about satellite launch center for ensuring the successful completion of a variety of task.Firstly,the project fulfilled the research and analysis of requesting.Second,combining the actual situation of meteorological department's informatization construction and software usage,put forward an overall design scheme for meteorological integrated command and display system based on multi-thread technology and C/S architecture and across systems,which is an information monitoring and management platform integrating meteorological information display,operation status management,task command and display,and remote device access.This thesis first elaborate the background and significance of software,determine the overall design goals of the system,discuss the use of Qt to achieve the system's cross-platform and its feasibility,and introduce the key technologies used in the system development process.Then analyze the functional and non-functional requirements that the system needs to meet,and divide the system into four functional modules.Subsequently,the system is elaborated from the aspects of overall software architecture design,module design,and database design.Then,based on the overall design of the system,the specific design and implementation of the every functional modules of the system are carried out.In addition,the system has been tested,and the results show that the system basically meets the original design goals and meets the needs of users.It shows that the system is reasonable in structure,easy to maintain,and user-friendly.Finally,the work of this paper is summarized,and the future improvement and perfect direction of the system are conceived.At present,the meteorological integrated command and display system has been operating stably and normally after more than six months of testing.It has also passed acceptance and is officially put into use.The system reached the initial design goal,further improved the level of meteorological support for mission performance within the meteorological center,and was approved by the leaders of the meteorological department of the center.
