Heterogeneous agent collaboration is a fundamental part of multi-agent systems when homogeneous agent cannot integrate the resources of internet which has a complex structure.Such collaborations are usually regulated by commitment protocols,which are typically defined at design-time.However,in many situations a protocol may not exist or be predefined at design-time which may not fit the needs of agents when environment changes.The method of generating protocols at design-time will perform worse in dynamic environment.In order to make protocols perform better in environment awareness and dynamic generation,we integrate the concept of capability and context into the commitment model,and propose a method of dynamic generation of commitment protocols in open systems,and then verify them in the intelligent parking systems.Therefore,the contents of this paper will be illustrated in the following aspects:First,we establish a commitment model based on capability.A semantic description of related concepts in the commitment model has been described,and the definition of commitment has also been extended.The concept of capacity and context is introduced into the commitment model and a commitment model which based on capability has been established.The model is applied to the real scene,and the concepts involved in the model have been described.Second,we propose an algorithm of dynamic generation of commitment protocol in open systems.The method of capability matching is introduced,and this method has been applied to the generation of commitment protocols.The commitment protocols have been generated by the algorithm and comparisons between classical commitment protocols and extended ones have been made as well as the optimal selection of protocols.At last,we build a commitment model for intelligent parking systems.A multi-agent collaboration system has been built and used to verify the algorithm of commitment protocols,the generation time and efficiency of different types of commitment protocols have been compared,and interest related method has been used to make the best choice.The simulation experiment is carried out on our designed platform,and the method proposed in this paper has been verified by the experiment results.In summary,in order to deal with the weak awareness and adaptability of traditional protocols and model in open systems,we integrate the concept of capability and context into commitment model,and propose the method of dynamic generation of commitment protocols.As a result,we improve the awareness and adaptability of the model and achieve the dynamic generation of protocols in open systems.
