The Current Path And Experience Of The Construction Of The County-Level Media Center In F County Of Jiangxi

As the concept of media convergence is clearly supported from the national development level and policies,and the integration process extends from central and provincial media to grassroots media,the construction of county-level media convergence center has become the focus of media convergence at this stage,and county-level media convergence center has become an ongoing practice.Look from industry level,a lot of county class area made considerable exploration.But in the exploration practice,the county level media,as the most basic level media,what is the inevitability of its integrated development? County financial media center to build from some aspects? How to solve the problems?This paper takes the construction practice of rongmedia center in F county as a case to explore its construction path and successful experience.Through to the interior F county financial media center for participatory observation,and the province,county propaganda department leadership,center conducted in-depth interviews with staff at all levels,tries to present a melting at the county level how media center from scratch complete case,hope for the current media hub construction development at the county level to provide a valuable case.The study finds that the financial media center of F county has undergone changes in organizational structure,system and mechanism,editorial process,media platform and profit model,and has achieved initial results in the process of adapting to media convergence.The main factors for the successful establishment of the center and the integration of county-level media include: the strong support of municipal and county-level leaders,the support of technical force,the innovation of publicity methods,the reconstruction of organizational structure and the reform of business system.However,in the process of its construction,it also has its shortcomings.In view of these problems,the author also puts forward some Suggestions,in order to provide reference for its sustainable development.
