Nowadays,the development of radio,television and video industry has brought tremendous changes to our work and life.With the further popularization of mobile Internet and the deep integration of the production process of traditional audio and video media information by the new generation of integrated media technology,people need high real-time and high-quality radio and television programs.Seeking and increasing.Different from the Internet development of common websites and apps,the Internet development of radio,television,video and video industry is faced with many factors that affect project schedule control,such as high cost of equipment upgrade,many production links,fast updating of video and audio technology,strict requirements of higher-level leadership units,and changeable needs of customers.Therefore,under the background of the integration and intellectualization of radio and television and audio-visual media,how to come up with an effective and controllable information construction scheme in a short time is a question worthy of deep consideration for the construction managers of the integration of radio and television and audio-visual media industry.F province is one of the provinces most seriously affected by meteorological disasters in China.It is often in close contact with rainstorms,typhoons,strong convection and other disastrous weather.As the "starting gun" of disaster prevention and mitigation,meteorological forecast and early warning information bears great responsibility and mission.For F Provincial Meteorological Observatory,this means that the forecasting team and forecasting team should withstand the pressure of"punctuality",and the decision-making service should withstand the pressure of"accuracy and inaccuracy",so as to minimize the losses caused by disasters and provide high-quality meteorological services.Non-linear editing software is an important tool software in the process of meteorological program production.Its working efficiency has an important impact on the real-time performance of meteorological program.The traditional concept of non-linear editing software design is to deal with complex program editing scenarios of TV stations.When facing the scenarios of F Provincial Meteorological Station with high real-time performance,but relatively fixed process and limited complexity,there are operations.It is too complex to do,and the core functions are hidden deeply(mostly in the secondary menu).At the same time,the analysis of meteorological information messages needs the third party's software to execute.The non-linear editing software itself can not recognize meteorological information messages.Based on these problems,F province put forward the transformation requirements of special non-linear editing software for meteorology.In this paper,the progress management is mainly studied through the non-linear editing software transformation project of meteorological program of F Provincial Meteorological Observatory.Through the analysis of the project progress management problems in the initial stage of construction,the optimization and improvement measures are put forward,and the task activities of the whole project are decomposed in detail.Detailed schedule and scientific time limit estimation are compiled,and the scientific methods of project progress management are carried out.This paper elaborates on how to optimize project management rules by optimizing organizational structure,refining process management,completion communication mechanism and establishing change system,and how to improve project progress level by means of task decomposition,activity sequencing,scientific estimation of time limit and preparation of schedule plan,so as to ensure that the project of non-linear editing software transformation of meteorological programs is delivered on time and with high quality.This paper expects to bring some enlightenment to the progress control of other similar industries in China through the research on the progress management of the renovation project of the non-linear editing software of meteorological programs in F province.
