Aviation manufacturing is a typical discrete manufacturing enterprises.It is oriented to order production.The production cycle is long and the production process is complex.The production process involves a wide range of materials.All these has brought a certain impact to the enterprise's material tracking,which causes that it is difficult for enterprise management to grasp the overall production schedule.The material supply is still using the way of picking.People choose material transport routes based on experience.Material transport costs are high,and the time is long,likely to cause stagnation of production.These problems make the aviation manufacturing industry establish a material tracking and distribution system.Thereby it can achieve tracking of material procurement,warehousing,production and sales.And it can achieve the material distribution path optimization to reduce delivery time and distribution costs in the enter:prise material distribution process.In this paper,the material tracking and distribution system of aviation manufacturing is studied.The purpose is to strengthen enterprise material management,improve production efficiency,ensure continuous production and reduce production cycle.The main work of this paper is as follows:By analyzing the characteristics of aviation manufacturing and the status of material tracking and distribution,the importance of material tracking and distribution route optimization is put forward.The contents of material tracking are expounded.On this basis,the method of material tracking is designed.The basis of material tracking,that is,material coding,bill of materials and bar codes were designed.The material tracking is divided into order tracking and WIP tracking.I design sales orders and purchase order tracking based on time,warehouse tracking based on material coding and WIP tracking based on bar codes.And the process of material tracking was designed.The design realizes the tracking about the production progress,the material position,the material source and the material direction.According to the characteristics of plant layout and material demand of different work centers,the Dijkstra algorithm is proposed to optimize the single-station distribution path and the genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the multi-location distribution path optimization.And the two kinds of distribution path optimization problems are designed in detail.The experimental results are compared with the existing distribution plan.The optimization of the material distribution path is realized.The material delivery time and the delivery cost are reduced.And the continuity of the production is ensured.At last,the prototype system of material tracking and distribution is developed.The system function module includes material tracking subsystem and material distribution subsystem.
