3D printing technology can do almost any complex shape of the model,which makes it in the biomedical,aerospace,jewelry design and other manufacturing plays a crucial role.As a kind of 3D printing technology,photo curing technology has the characteristics of mature technology and high precision.When printing a small size part,the photocuring printer using the top-side scanning has a problem that the resin material stored in the resin tank is large due to the large size of the molding,inconvenience of replacing the raw material,and is likely to cause waste;But The method of bottom scanning can solve the above problems well,at present,the type of printer in the domestic market mainly depends on foreign import,and the cost is higher.So this paper develops the bottom scanning photocuring printer,which can reduce the cost while satisfying the basic printing function.The main content of this paper are as follows:1.The optical system of laser scanning system is analyzed and designed;The composition of optical system is determined to guide the mechanical structure layout design of the printer;The conversion relationship between the point coordinates of the laser beam and the deflection angle of X and Y oscillators is analyzed.2.The structure of the three-dimensional light curing printer is analyzed,the bottom scanning mode is made sure.Then the printer's fuselage structure and movement agencies are designed,a simple and easy to use print platform structure is presented.Finally,the laser vibration mirror system components are selected and modeled,aluminum parts and fittings are purchased,and the assembly of the printer is finished by splicing.3.The hardware and software parts of the printer control system are analyzed,and the hardware circuit design of the core control system,motion control system and laser vibration mirror control system is completed;In the software part,VC + + programming and MFC single document writing upper software are used,image processing combined with OpenGL and finally the design of upper interactive software,file read module,display module,trajectory filling module is completed.4.The print experiments are designed,the experimental model adopts the standard sample of tensile test.Then the tensile strength and other mechanical properties are tested,and the experimental results and standard parameters are compared and analyzed to verify whether the printing model meets the requirements,namely whether the printer has basic functions.The experimental results show that the printer meets the expected requirements.
