Because of the disparity of regional economic development and population distribution,the distribution of medical resources will also be highly uneven,so that patients may be involved in many hospitals or medical institutions,so the patient's medical data will also be scattered in multiple areas.In order to reduce duplication and avoid waste of resources,it is necessary to integrate all the medical information scattered in different regions to provide more complete data for clinical decision making,so as to make a more accurate and effective treatment plan.However,Hospital Information System(HIS)is not the same among different medical institutions.The data structure used by different systems or different versions of the same system is also quite different,so that data integration is very difficult.This seriously affects the transmission,compatibility and use of clinical medical data,which makes the data incomplete or can not be used effectively.In order to solve the problem of the exchange of heterogeneous platforms and heterogeneous systems and data about data,this paper uses the Fast Health Interoperability Resources(FHIR)standard to regulate the exchange of clinical data,clinical medical record information makes the service personnel convenient comprehensive access to patients.In addition,in order to make rational use of clinical data and let data be used not only in records but in guiding clinical diagnosis,we also use multi-agent to assist clinical decision making.In this paper,we use XML language format to the clinical medical knowledge is expressed as rules,each staff by using multi agent system will participate in the diagnosis and treatment of both as an agent,to achieve more common decision fully distributed deployment agent,by means of computer assisted human decision,not only reduces the workload of medical staff the accuracy,but also can ensure the results of diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,we design a multi-agent decision-making platform based on FHIR data exchange standard.Combined with the research objectives of the paper,we start from three aspects.(1)According to the FHIR standard given by HL7 organization,we study the transformation of database data to FHIR and FHIR to database data transformation,design a reasonable message conversion engine,and realize the sharing tool of clinical data.(2)Use decision rules to guide data exchange.The decision related data in rules can only be exchanged,avoid the exchange of large numbers of data,reduce the burden of data exchange,and improve the efficiency of decision making.(3)Using the multi agent system,the medical service personnel are expressed as agents,and the multi agent communication is realized in the distributed environment.FHIR is a message standard between agents,and a rule engine is called to assist in decision making.The decision of the patient is finally completed by the multi agent negotiation in the way of communication.(4)Tripple assessment of breast cancer is implemented on multi agent platform to verify the applicability and feasibility of the system.
