With the rapid development of satellite engineering,the important indexes such as space resolution,sensitivity,calibration precision,cross polarization isolation are directly affected by the surface accuracy and aperture of the antenna reflector surface used in detecting instruments.The manufacture of high-precision and large-aperture antenna reflectors is an important factor in the construction of high-performance detection systems.Currently,the sophisticated and mainstream molding method of carbon fiber antenna reflector surface are the main way to improve the accuracy of forming mould,or supplemented by the secondary mill after molding.The precision of the antenna reflector surface is difficultly improved only by improving precision of the die,and the high precision forming of the large aperture antenna reflector surface is also difficultly realized..The secondary processing will cause serious wear of the tool,and the forming accuracy of micron level is also difficultly realized.In this paper,the computer controlled forming technology is innovatively applied to the manufacture of the antenna reflector surface and the mold.The manufacturability,the correcting ability and the surface measurement technology of the antenna reflector surface material and the mold material are studied systematically.The processing equipment plan which is applied to large aperture antenna reflector surface is discussed,therefore the foundation is built for thehigh-persion manufacture of the large aperture antenna reflector surface by the discussionand provided a new way for the manufacture.The major research efforts includes the following points:1.The grinding principles of the antenna reflector surface material and the moulding material invar are analyzed.The influence law of different abrasives,different pressure and different rotating speed to two kinds of materials processing are explored separately,and the workability problem of the material of antenna reflection surface and the mold material Invar are solved.The results show that the two materials have the good removal stability to realize the accurate and efficient forms.The carbon fiber material is confirmed to meet the performance requirements after grinding by the measurement of the power reflectivity.2.The processing technology of antenna reflector surface is optimized.According to analysis of the theoretical model,the efficiency and forming ability for the removal function in different exercise mode,the processing way of planetary motion is confirmed.To the processing pressure error and time linear error of the removal function since conformal optics to antenna reflector surface,it uses dwell time error compensation in processing.The simulation results show that the proposed method has a better convergence result.Combining with the deformation of the antenna reflector surface,the accuracy of the ?350mm antenna reflection surface is reached the targetaccuracy.3.The non-contact probe is used to realize the surface profile measuring of the antenna reflector surface.The experiment of the working distance,measuring range and angle adaptability proves the measurability of carbon fiber and invar to probe.The errors of the meridian and grating measurement methods are analyzed,and gain their sensitive errors.The feasibility of the non-contact probe measuring the antenna reflection surface is determined by comparing the measurement result of the probe and the coordinate.4.In order to explore the processing equipment of the large aperture antenna,the processing method of the robot arm is analyzed theoretically.In the ADMAS,the relevant parameters of the robot arm are analyzed mechanically,and the simulation results show all the parameter are met the requirements.In the RobotStudio,the processing space of the robot arm is simulated,which satisfies the processing range of the workpiece.For the motivation of robot arm in processing,the results of the vibration analysis show that the processing tool is operated normally.
