The Design And Integration Of The Fixed Assets Investment Audit System

China is developing faster and faster with the economic construction,urban construction and other aspects being steadily carried out.Meanwhile,the requirements for Audit Department have been gradually strengthened.With regard to the massive audit work of construction projects,the Audit Department cannot deal with them by virtue of the old ways and means.Under this background,it is badly required to improve the current situation,namely backward and inefficient working ways and the risk of corruption,of the Audit Department on investment audit of fixed assets,through the means of information technology.This paper is the systematic design idea summarized by the author who combining his own investigations in many places and audit working experience of many years.Supported by the digital audit platform,an investment audit application system is built to carry on the whole-process dynamic collection of plans and management data of all the governmental investment projects and to be applicable for most of engineering software data;a model of computer audit method is established to make a real-time analysis of the collected data,set up early warning function for the problems which are found,and carry on whole-process followup of the rectification of related units for the aforesaid problems;the monitoring equipment and system are effectively connected and full-process monitoring is arranged on the construction site to realize real-time recording of the hidden engineering;the graphics and APP information system are designed to better serve for the hidden engineering and demolition audit service;and evaluation and summary for the project construction management situation is carried out for realizing data information sharing.The on-line system proves that this research plan is feasible,which solves the problem of process specification through the audit model and solves the original material management problem through the list of data;addresses the review problem through the combination of the above two;solves the problem of assistant audit management by virtue of APP linkage.The research plan has the value of further exploration and market promotion.
