With the rapid development of remote control,Internet and mobile robot applications,the use of remote terminals to control mobile robots has been successfully applied in many specific industries.At present,the application scenario,mode and flexible personality of remote control for mobile robot in specific industry need to be studied.Inspection robot based on the computer room is the specific application scenario requirements for design basis,and combined with the commonly used android forward control system as well as the public server,designed a based on android platform of mobile robot remote control system.Paper first presents a mobile robot remote control system based on android platform of profile design,namely the android terminal forward through the public network management server to achieve external network mobile robot's remote control,forward public management server is discussed and the realization of the android control terminal data transmission module.Inspection robot based on this,the room will be collected by the standard video image data compression coding,forward through the public network management server sends the android client,room inspection by the client's visual control interface,can according to the actual situation of mobile robot remote control.In the scheme design,considering the demand of real time remote control,this paper adopts the UDP data transmission method to realize mobile robot and the android client data interaction,using android components in AudioRecord and AudioTrack to complete voice and data acquisition and playback,use nginx technology to solve the problem of public forwarding server load balancing,using mysql database technology to solve the problem of video data stored on mobile robots.Finally,the data transmission between the client and android mobile robot network time delay,system functions such as real-time audio interaction was tested,the results showed that the mobile robot and the android client data transmission delay is low,the system audio interaction effect is good,basically meet the demand of system design and practical application.
