Design And Implementation Of Energy Company Cost Management System Based On SAP

Cost management plays an pivotal action in Enterprise management activities,which is one of the important elements of Enterprise'policy decisions.The volume of business has a rapid growth in Shandong Energy Company,and the business data system presents more complex,chaotic situation,after its transformation.Data and information between various departments can not achieve real-time sharing,which leading to business managers can not get accurate information about the cost of the group,and can not make quick and effective decisions.The systerm based on the current of cost management in Shandong Energy,realized the realated funtion,using of a variety of SAP development technology.We had developted a set of perfect cost management system for Shandon Energy Company,and had achieved the optimization of cost management system after the sencond developped and designed,and which is on the SAP Net Weaver technology platform.Specifically,established four modules according to the customers,which are master data module,cost-sharing allocation module,cost-carrier modle,report analysis module.And the database table,class diagram,flowwing chart of master data module,the cost-sharing allocation cycle(carryover)execution module,cost-sharing allocation cycle(carryover)Reversal module and reporting module are detail designed.Finally,we had ensured the high quality of system operation through a number of of unit testing and integration testing,after a number of modificationsAt present,the cost management system which we designed working smonthly in Shandong Energy Company,the system in the realization of a comprehensive informated in cost management,at the same time,having a strong support for the enterprise's decition.
