The world is an era of information network as the core.With the rapid development of digitalization,networking and information technology,more and more intelligent equipment is used to monitor the state and information of industrial equipment in the process of industrial production.However,with the continuous deepening and application of information technology in industrial production,the security of data transmission is becoming more and more intelligent terminal equipment collects the state inforchallenging and threatening in the increasingly open network environment.Therefore,the mation and data of industrial field equipment,transfers it safely to the server,and remotely controls the equipment,so as to ensure the security,reliability and analysis and utilization of large data is particularly important to all walks of life.In this paper,a secure RTU(Remote Terminal Unit)based on high performance chip of national cipher is proposed,and the hardware and sof,tware system of safe RTU is designed in combination with the production monitoring requirements,functional requirements analysis and design principles in the field industry.The development and development of the hardware and software is developed by combining the hardware and software.A secure RTU based on national cryptography high performance chip.The hardware part mainly designs the circuit modules such as the i.MX6Q as the processor,the external network communication circuit,the serial circuit,the power supply circuit and the encryption module.The software design is based on the Linux operating system.On the basis of the Linux system,the driver of the related modules is developed and loaded,and the bootloader transplantation,the configuration of the kernel and the configuration of the kernel are carried out.The root file system is made and the corresponding test program is written.The secure RTU data security transmission scheme uses a hybrid encryption and decryption algorithm which is a combination of public key cryptography and symmetric cipher.Symmetric ciphers use SM4,public key cryptography uses SM2,and combines the advantages of SM2 and SM4 algorithms to carry out mixed encryption transmission.The end to end source encryption problem of SCADA software(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition,data acquisition and monitoring control system)and peripheral acquisition system is completed.The decryption is completed by the combination of public and private keys when the client downloads the data from the server.Finally,the performance and transmission security of security RTU are carried out.The system is combined with the test.The results show that the security RTU based on the national cryptography high performance chip runs well in the system,realizes the data acquisition and processing function of the peripheral acquisition device sensor,and encrypts the data before the data upload server.It can effectively reject the invasion and information disclosure of the illegal invaders and guarantee the safe RTU data.The security of the transmission.The server can configure and control security RTU remotely by configuring software and monitoring program,and monitoring the state of secure RTU in real time.During data transmission,Ethernet and 4G network are used to transmit encrypted data,which meets the requirements of system monitoring and system function.
