In the era of booming big data,data news is not yet mature,and the industry's research on data news lags behind practice.At the same time,in news production,the content of data news is subject to the human race subjective influence,and it is difficult to achieve completeness.Express news based on objective facts.As a matter of fact,the origin of data news is still news.Data is the core,and data processing and visualization are used as means to gratify the audience by presenting the audience's attention and needed news information as the cornerstone of data news through an applicable form of story.Exhausting data and reading needs of reading at a glance,and subsequently led to the audience's own understanding and thinking.Therefore,data information,content,and performance are important elements of data news and will also be the focus of this study.This article takes a financial website as a research object,and selects Caixin.com's Data Theory and British FT Chinese Network Data News as its research objects.Since FT Chinese Network Data News released the first data news report on May 22,2015,this article selected the range of samples from May 1,2015 to April 30,2017,and selected all the data in the webpage for two years.Content analysis,through the web crawler technology to clean up and filter the sample,a total of 601 data news from Caixin.com and 48 data news from FT Chinese.This paper integrates domestic and international research on the framework theory,and combines the specific characteristics of data news,respectively from the macro level of the five dimensions of the number of data news coverage,reporting space,release date,news producers;meso-level news sources,news Issues,news industry,reporting range,visual presentation,data visualization type and quantity;micro level data news news headlines,reporting features,reporting tendencies,news timelines,a total of 12 categories to encode.According to the three links of the data news production process,research category regroups to form links of the production,the content presentation and the visual performance.The study finds that there are indeed differences between the two media's data news reports.It is found that there are data integrity and data collection autonomy in the production of data news,low attention to cultural fields and international news,and relatively simple data representation and lack of social.From the "5 Ws" modes,the trigger for deep excavation of production team,news content,media characteristics,reading audience and so on is caused.This paper believes that the development of data news in the future requires an innovativedata source integration model to fully tap the news value of the data.The analysis of financial data should attach importance to specialization and meticulousness.It should also take into account the combination of news visualization and news narrative,and enhance the interactivity of data information.
