Compared with some traditional lighting equipments,white LEDs with low power consumption,long life,high conversion efficiency,etc,have been replacing traditional equipments step by step.So,it has become a new generation of green light source.Indoor visible light communication(VLC)is a kind of wireless communication technology by combining lighting and communication through LEDs,which has broad prospects and has become a hot research direction in recent years.Since the appearance of indoor visible light communication,many scholars have been researching it and improving the channel model gradually,so the models are gradually enriched and the corresponding algorithms are also improved.But all the models only considered diffuse reflection,but ignored the importance of specular reflection.So this paper mainly focused on the optimization of the algorithm and model to do preliminary research.So,in addition to the improvement of the algorithm,we also proposed a channel model combining diffuse and specular reflection,and investigated the reflection of specular reflection from channel characteristics.Firstly,this thesis introduced the research progress of visible light communication and the differences between specular and diffuse reflection.Then we analyzed the optical properties of some indoor materials.In addition,we introduced the similarities and shortcomings in infrared and visible light communication.Secondly,this paper proposed two optimization schemes for the original algorithm,one is based on the idea of symmetry,and another is based on the idea of table lookup,with expatiating the basic idea of both schemes.Then the paper proved that the two schemes can greatly improve the efficiency of the algorithm through the comparison of simulation running time.Finally,this paper put forward a kind of indoor visible light system model with specular reflection,and given the calculation method of impulse response,then analyzed the influence of specular reflection from the impulse response,the received power and the multipath effect.The results showed that the received power is greatly improved and the multipath effect is restrained to a certain extent in the model with specular reflection.
