Electromagnetic Compatibility Test And Analysis Of The Main Certification Standards For Electrical And Electronic Products

With the rapid development of modern science and technology,all kinds of electrical and electronic products appear in life.Electronic equipment's electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)problems have emerged and has not yet been solved,and domestic and international EMC standards constantly updated and improved,and electromagnetic compatibility in the economy forming technical barriers to trade,so the product EMC performance improvement and test research method is being more and more enterprises and engineers concern and attention.The key technologies of EMC include two aspects: electro magnetic interference(EMI)and electro magnetic susceptibility(EMS).In the field of electromagnetic interference(EMI)testing,conduction emission(CE)and radiation emission(RE)are the most common problems.In this paper,the EMC test and analysis of the main certification standards for electrical and electronic products are carried out in accordance with the actual testing work.The main contents are as follows:The first part describes the background and the development history of EMC,the standard system and classification of EMC at home and abroad,and the organization of its standardization.The main testing items of electromagnetic interference(EMI)and electromagnetic susceptibility(EMS)and the national standards and their corresponding international standards are introduced.National Testing Center for LED application products(NTCL)provides testing sites for EMC standards,shielding rooms and electric wave darkrooms.In the second part,LED lamp test introduces two kinds of electromagnetic compatibility interference is the most important test for example: conduction emission(CE)and radiation emission(RE)test,analysis of the standards,test equipment,test methods and requirements,and the need to pay attention to the actual operation of the test questions in detail,showing the actual test results.The principle,characteristics and applicable conditions of two main anti-interference components(magnetic ring and electromagnetic seal gasket)are analyzed.Three cases of electromagnetic compatibility interference test of electronic products are analyzed,and the treatment plan is put forward and implemented,achieving good results.This paper on the EMC test standards and test methods and requirements are analyzed,combined with the actual test analysis of the principle of electromagnetic ring,seal gasket,and combined with case analysis,put forward the improvement plan,provide a reference for the improvement of electrical and electronic products production enterprises and improve the product ability of electromagnetic compatibility.In the study of electromagnetic compatibility,China started late,and the gap with the advanced countries is larger,especially for the standard of product standards and design standards.The research on the EMC standard and the improvement of the performance of the EMC are the key points in the field of domestic EMC for a long time.
