Research On Modeling And Optimization Of Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Process Based On Stochastic Petri Net

With the improvement of economic level,people for the cold chain food,medicine and other items gradually increased demand,the rapid development of science and technology for manufacturing the cold chain distribution equipment,advanced storage facilities,which makes the rapid development of cold chain logistics,cold chain logistics enterprises also ushered in the spring.Compared to developed countries,the development of our country cold chain logistics industry late,slowly,the industry has a lot of problems,such as no uniform industry standards,professional facilities and equipment penetration rate is low.In real life,many small and medium enterprises because of the cold chain logistics equipment is not complete,the cold chain distribution process is not standardized and other factors,will cause the loss and pollution of cold chain products Dyeing,especially for cold chain foods.Therefore,in view of the safety problems of cold-chain food and seafood that have frequently appeared in recent years,the government and enterprises have taken certain measures to improve the cold-chain logistics activities,from the production,distribution and sales links of cold-chain products,etc.The delivery process involves a lot of manual operation links,and the quality threat to cold chain products is very great.So this paper focuses on the research of cold chain distribution from the point of view of distribution process.First of all,the research background,research significance and research methods used,and domestic and foreign related fields of research status are reviewed.Secondly,the cold chain logistics theory and Petri net theory are introduced,which lays the foundation for the later development.Thirdly,taking G Company as an example,this paper describes the general process and specific links of cold chain logistics distribution,and analyzes the three development models of cold chain logistics,which provides a realistic basis for G Company as an example.It also analyzes the problems and causes of cold chain logistics distribution in G Company.Then,we use Petri net to model the distribution process,use thelibrary,Token,transition to explain each link in the distribution process,and use the mathematical method to analyze the characteristics of the model.It shows that the model established by Petri net is correct,boundedness and activity,and uses the correlation matrix analysis method to decompose the model and find out the bottleneck link to optimize the model.Finally,in order to optimize the distribution flow of cold chain logistics,some safeguard measures are put forward.
