Pulsed power technology is a technique to release slowly stored energy in a very short period of time to produce high power pulses.It is widely used in national defense industry and civilian industry.The pulsed power integration is a modular,systematized package for pulsed power devices that is developed to meet the commercial application requirements of pulsed power devices.A new high-speed and high-power semiconductor switch reversely switched dynistor(RSD)was designed from the idea of controllable plasma layer commutation.It can be conducted in the entire cross section of the device,so it has low conduction voltage drop and high resistance to di/dt.Compared to other semiconductor switches,RSD has given up the trigger gate,it has two electrodes including a cathode and an anode.Compared to other devices,RSD has obvious advantages such as less voltage-sharing problem and infinite series ability.In this paper,a design method of RSD circuit integration module is proposed.According to the zero-input response principle of the second-order circuit and the simulation results of the circuit simulation software Saber,the parameters of the circuit components are determined.The parts of the RSD circuit are integrated together based on PCB.The design of the copper not only creatively solved the mechanical fixation and electrical connection problems of RSD on the PCB,but also settled the matters of heat dissipation and current sharing of the high-power pulse device.Pre-charge inductance is designed by laying annular copper in the PCB,and finite element simulation software was used to determine the specific inductance of the copper.According to the proposed integrated module design method,this paper realizes the PCB integrated module of RSD circuit,and analyzes the selection of triggering switch in the course of experiment.Combined with the quadruple voltage charging power supply,the peak 1.5kA,pulse width 2?s,the frequency of 1Hz pulse current was realized under the 450V voltage level.
