Overtaking is a very common behavior in the course of driving on the road.However,traffic accidents caused by overtaking can not be underestimated,especially for vehicles driving on two-way two-lane roads,which can easily occur when the vehicle passes through the opposite lane.Intelligent Vehicle Infrastructure Cooperative Systems adopts the latest wireless communication technology and a new generation of Internet technology,and can realize the dynamic real-time information exchange of the roads,thus bringing a new direction for the research of overtaking warning systems.Based on the vehicle-road coordination technology,this paper deeply studies the two-lane overtaking process,establishes the overtaking time and safety overtaking distance estimation model in the process of two-lane overtaking,and builds an overtaking warning model based on this prediction model,and finally designs and implements an overtaking warning system based on vehicle-road coordination technology.The main work of the thesis is as follows.Firstly,this paper studies and analyzes the composition and related technologies of vehicle-road cooperative system,studies the process of two-lane overtaking behavior,summarizes the common overtaking accident reasons and early warning measures,analyzes the demand for overtaking warning system,and establishes a road-based coordination Overtaking warning system framework.Secondly,by analyzing common overtaking models and comparing their advantages and disadvantages in overtaking warning,this paper establishes a mathematical model of overtaking time and minimum safety distance,validates the correctness of the model through simulation;based on the mathematical model,this paper divides the hazard level standards for overtaking time,overtaking distance and follow-up distance in the actual overtaking process,and establishes an overtaking warning strategy based on the hazard level.Then based on the above research,this paper designs and implements a vehicle overtaking warning prototype system integrating vehicle information collection,vehicle information transmission and Android vehicle-mounted terminal based on the modular design concept.Finally,this paper constructs a two-lane overtaking test scenario under vehicle-road coordination,tests the accuracy of the overtaking warning model designed in this paper,and tests and analyzes the performance and overall function of each module of the system.The test results show that the overtaking time and minimum safety distance calculated by the two-lane overtaking model established in this paper are close to the overtaking behavior under real scene.The overtaking time error is less than 1.2s,and the overtaking distance error is not more than 3.6m.The average warning response rate of the overtaking warning system based on road and road coordination designed by this paper is up to 97% with high reliability.The overall accuracy of the proposed system reaches 92.6%,the false alarm rate is 6.2%,and the wrong alarm rate is 1.2%.Therefore,it can be considered that the system designed in this paper can provide accurate early warning suggestions for the dangerous overtaking behavior of vehicles in two lanes and meet the actual application requirements.
