With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the production mode and business mode of enterprises are also changing.In order to improve efficiency and increase profits,modern technology is constantly integrated into the production of enterprises.Most of the existing warehouse management systems have shortcomings such as operation trouble,time-consuming and labor-consuming problem,low efficiency and high error rate.The larger the scale of the enterprise is and the more complicated the management is,the more efficient management system is needed to support the production and management of the enterprise.The Internet of things(IOT)is a kind of network connected with objects,which enables the interaction and communication of information between object and object.The application of this technology to the management of enterprise articles will bring about changes in the management of goods.The warehouse management of the subject mainly includes the management of warehouse items and the monitoring of the warehouse environment.The management of warehouse goods is mainly the accurate registration of the attributes,location,outgoing and warehousing of goods,and it can facilitate information entry and reading.The monitoring of warehouse environment is mainly about timely information of warehouse's temperature and humidity,smog,light intensity and whether people enter or not.And when the warehouse has hidden danger,it can send alarm information to administrators in time.This realizes the efficient,accurate and real-time monitoring of warehouse management and reduces the purpose of manual intervention.The system provides an unique global electronic tags to identify it for each item using radio frequency identification technology by article management system developed under Window through Wi Fi and RFID reader communication,achievearticles information and articles to read electronic tags identified by the incoming and outgoing information input.At the same time,the introduction of Zigbee technology,coordinator and Arm development board connected to the analysis by the Arm board of each node of the coordinator to send data,and according to the corresponding data driven by Bluetooth and Arm board is connected with the MCU control the corresponding peripherals,to achieve real-time monitoring of warehouse environment.When there is a security hazard in the warehouse,the Arm board will drive the GPRS module to send the alarm information to the cell phone of the warehouse administrator.
