Design And Implementation Of IT Operation Management System

The reform and innovation of science and technology have made the application of computers more and more extensive.The links between all walks of life and computers have become even closer,and they have continuously turned to information management.After the completion of the information-based infrastructure,the investment focus of the information has gradually shifted from system construction to IT operation and maintenance management.At present,the infrastructure construction of informationization in Inner Mongolia Electric Power Survey and Design Institute has been basically completed,and the development of IT operation and maintenance management is still in its infancy.But the development of the IT Operations Management is still in the prototype stage.The traditional methods are still being operated.And the appearance of the faults not being dealt with in time,or the Operations staff being allotted chaotically,is frequently.A simple operation and maintenance management system is designed according to the actual demand of the design institute,which can improve the work efficiency of each department,simplify the application,registration,audit and other processes,and further improve the enterprise information management.The dissertation discusses the design and implementation process of an IT operation and maintenance management system,which is different from the traditional operation and maintenance management system.The system is based on workflow and has functions such as fault repair,service application and knowledge base.According to actual needs,the knowledge retrieval part needs to use sentence similarity calculation in natural language and Chinese word segmentation technology.The paper mainly analyzes the requirements of the system,elaborates the technologies used in the knowledge retrieval function,and adopts the three-tier architecture and the MVC design pattern to develop.Finally,the system is implemented using the Visual Studio and SQL Server databases.
