Nowdays,information technology has exerted a wide and profound influence in various fields,and even has played an irreplaceable role in some fields,especially in the field of meteorological information consultation.However,analysis of existing meteorological information conferencing system.,it is not difficult to find that these systems mostly stay in the use of PPT to analyze and display weather conditions.This method is mainly manifested in the inability to visualize symbols and can only render static meteorological clouds.It has caused a series of problems such as low accuracy in the transmission of meteorological information and complicated integration of meteorological information.We according to meteorological problems,designed and developed a meteorological information release system,this system can provide the weather situation analysis and provide professional weather situation as the weather consultation.The system is called a meteorological information distribution system based on intelligent writing.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the system of the meteorological information release based on Intelligent writing.The main function of the system is to provide the meteorological staff with a variety of weather charts and simple images of meteorological symbols during the consultation,and some meteorological charts that need to be analyzed in a coherent way can be broadcasted dynamically for meteorological staff to predict and analyze the weather conditions.In addition,the system is compatible with the old system of the past,giving full consideration to the past use habits of meteorological staff.At the same time,it also provided blackboard explanation board,WORD information and PPT method explanation and other auxiliary functions.This article mainly analysis the background of the meteorological information publishing system technology and the analysis of the status quo at home and abroad,related development tools and system requirements,designed a new meteorological information publishing system to solve the above problems.For the implementation of software functions,the system mainly adopts VBA technology in Visual Basic and Visual Basic.net,as well as Visual Studio,Visual Basic 6.0 and other development platforms.At the same time,87 meteorological symbols will be summarized in the process of design and implementation,and the Adobe Photoshop image processing software will be used for rendering.In the aspect of designing the function of weather forecasting,it mainly uses the image frame and picture frame control technology to realize the plot of the meteorological cloud chart.In the design of the dynamic broadcasting function of meteorological cloud,the control combination of picturebox and timer is adopted,and the meteorological cloud images of JPG,BMP,PNG and other formats collected by the satellite are played dynamically.At the same time,the system also adopts the perceptual hash algorithm to remove some meteorological cloud images which are more similar than a certain value,so as to ensure the reasonable utilization and smooth operation of the storage space of the system.It is of great significance to design and implement this system and popularize it in the field of meteorological information publishing,compared with the present presentation method based on the PPT method and the static meteorological cloud graph.
