Study On The Construction Of Characteristic Information Resources Of Provincial S&T Intelligence Institutions

Since entering the information age,the technologies of communication,networking,and multimedia based on computers have developed extremely rapidly,especially in the era of big data,which has revolutionized the production,preservation,and transmission of information.Information resources have also become a necessity for human social life which enrich human life and also bring a lot of convenience.Characteristic information resources are the “boutiques” in information resources and play an extremely important role in different fields.At the same time,they are gradually becoming the core competitiveness of libraries,scientific and technological intelligence agencies,and other information agencies.The construction of characteristic information resources of S&T intelligence agencies can not only promote the exchange of science and technology,culture,and information,but also promote the economic development of the entire society.Provincial S&T intelligence agencies are the scientific and technological intelligence research and development and service centers of every provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions).The construction of characteristic information resources should be one of its core tasks.In addition,the characteristic information resources are the advantages of provincial S&T intelligence agencies,and the basis for their various service work.At the same time,they are also an important part of regional and even national information assets.They are of great significance to improve the overall technological service level of the country.Therefore,the construction of characteristic information resources of provincial S&T intelligence agencies has an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of the organization itself and the country's informatization.It is based on the importance of the above-mentioned provincial S&T intelligence institutions' characteristic information resources.This article combines the actual situation and adopts words and diagrams to systematically investigate and analyze the construction of characteristic information resources of provincial S&T intelligence agencies.Research results can provide some reference to work in the real world.This article first elaborated the research background and significance of the construction of characteristic information resources of provincial S&T intelligence institutions.Second,it discussed the related theories of the construction of characteristic information resources and defined the meaning of the characteristic information resources.Third,surveyed the construction of the information resources of 31 provincial S&T intelligence agencies by using online survey methods,the data analysis method and the general induction method.Fourth,analyzed the current situation of construction of characteristic information resources of S&T intelligence institutions.Fifth,revealed problems existed in the construction of characteristic information resources of provincial S&T intelligence agencies combined with the analysis results.Finally,providing sustainable development strategies for the construction of characteristic information resources of provincial S&T intelligence agencies,and summed up the whole article,pointing out the deficiencies in the research process.
