With the development of Internet and Web technologies,many power plants began to apply internet technologies to better realize remote real-time monitoring.Internet technologies facilitate the digitization,informatization and intelligence of the power plants.By contrasted the structures of B/S and C/S,the research independently developed a set of SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics)configuration tools with the structure of B/S,which can run in the browser.Using the SVG screen as front-end page display,together with an asynchronous communication mechanism which based on Ajax techniques as communication process can effectively and automatically realize the pages' real-time fresh.Developed a real-time data interface program,used in power generation companies and group integration information platform remote communications.The Tomcat server was used as background server to provide data support.The B/S-based design structure and the SVG's XML language form a perfect match,and with web publishing and operation in the browser,better human-machine interaction(HMI)is thus achieved,which in turn enhances the economic performance of power plants and improves the safety of operators.This research took Ajax-based asynchronous communication mechanism to proceed interactive communication,so the pages can be effectively and automatically refreshed.Meanwhile,using SVG as the object of interaction realized better human-machine interface design.
